Returns & refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

For the return to be completed we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning Process

To start a return, please contact us via email at info@homoxa.com with the title "Return Order #your order number". Processing returns usually takes no more than 24 hours after receiving your email. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a form via email to complete all the returning details, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package to our warehouse.

We strive to offer the best possible value to our customers, which is why we've kept our return process hassle-free. While we do kindly request that customers cover the shipping cost, duties, and taxes for returns, we're pleased to offer a customer-friendly $5.75 restocking fee only, ensuring you get the most from your return experience.

Restocking fee is designed to offset the expenses incurred by our dedicated warehouse team as they carefully inspect and repackage returned products, all in an effort to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds usually take between 1-5 business days to be posted by your bank. If your return is not approved we will notify you by email or phone and send your product back to you, free of charge.

Please be aware that we are unable to refund shipping costs as they are associated with the logistics and handling of your order. However, we are committed to refunding the full amount of the product cost.

 

Damages and issues

We use extra bubble wrap for every package and before shipping we carefully test every product in the order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and replace the item free of charge or grant you a full refund of the product.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If in the unlikely event you received a faulty product please contact us at  info@homoxa.com with the order # and a photo of the damaged product, and we'll happily resend the product free of charge or grant a full refund of the item.
